At Dolore, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges within a limited window.

5-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Any items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

You can return or exchange:

  • Clothing items in original condition

  • Unworn items with tags attached

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned outside the 5-day window

  • Sale or clearance items (if you run sales, keep this line; otherwise I can remove it)


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact us at:

info@doloreinc.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Dolore is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you request an exchange:

  • We will ship the replacement item once the original item has been received and approved

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative item


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@doloreinc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
