5-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Proof of purchase is required
Any items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
You can return or exchange:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Worn or washed items
Items damaged after delivery
Items returned outside the 5-day window
Sale or clearance items (if you run sales, keep this line; otherwise I can remove it)

Return Shipping
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange:
We will ship the replacement item once the original item has been received and approved
If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@doloreinc.com with:
